Part-Time Remote Intake specialist for Personal Injury Law Firm

Duties

· Schedule, conduct and document 30-60 minute telephone interview with each potential client (totaling approximately one hour per interview)

· Generate weekly summary report and participate in weekly one-hour meetings (telephone) to review and identify next steps

· Follow up as needed (email, telephone and written correspondence with interviewees)

Skills

· Willingness to listen patiently (our callers have been injured and usually are still searching for a solution)

· Identify medical treaters –callers need to provide the identy of the physician (doctor or dentist) providing care suubject to the inquiry

· Medical office or dental office experience is required

· Ability to follow in detail intake and tracking systems.

Schedule and compensation

· Work remotely or hybrid

· Within any given week you can set your own schedule because you are coordinating with the callers.

· Approximately 20 hours per week average.

· Availability for a one-hour weekly telephone meeting with the firm attorneys.

· Compensation is per inquiry or task (i.e. interview/report, letter, weekly report; meeting). Total averages $1,750 – $2,000 per month.

Pay: $1,750.00 - $2,000.00 per month

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
