The mission of First Security Bank has always been to serve the financial needs of the local community. Over the last 125 years, First Security Bank has grown to over $75 million in assets and four branches located in Mackinaw, Danvers, and Deer Creek, IL. We pride ourselves on offering a full menu of financial services, including commercial, agriculture, and consumer loans, deposit accounts, investment services, and online and mobile banking.

Job duties include the following:

• Provide customer service by completing account transactions
• Receiving deposits and loan payments, cashing checks, issuing account withdrawals, and recording night and mail deposits
• Sell cashier's checks and money orders
• Answering phones for the Deer Creek branch
• Completing safe deposit box procedures
• Referring loan opportunities to the lending team
• Selling license plate stickers
• Additional duties as assigned

Experience desired includes:

• Attention to detail
• Integrity
• Thorough documentation
• Basic computer literacy
• General proficiency in math
• One year of prior customer service experience
• Cash handling experience preferred
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
