Overview:
Challenger Lifts, Inc. a division of Snap-on is seeking a candidate that is capable of timely and accurate shipment of service parts from the Parts Department.
Responsibilities:
- Review open service part orders and verify accuracy of current orders.
- Print pick tickets and distribute to correct location.
- Arrange for the transportation of all service part orders
- Timely management of paperwork flow as well as support needed by other departments.
- Review part department demand, open purchase orders and expedite deliveries.
- Supervise the accurate and timely order confirmation and other necessary follow up carried out in order to ensure fulfillment of parts requirements.
- Respond to the changing needs of the business to meet the Parts Department objectives and goals.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years freight and fulfillment experience.
- Microsoft office proficiency, especially excel.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. Must be multi-task oriented.
- Excellent attendance, team player and leadership ability.
- Able to work hours of overtime as required by demands of the job.
- Able to work in high-stress, fast-paced environment.
- Material requirements planning knowledge and/or experience is a plus.
College degree is a plus.
