We are currently seeking a Party Coordinator to join our amazing team!

What will you be doing as a Party Coordinator with Family Entertainment Group?

● Provide excellent guest service

● Coordinate all scheduled group events including any bracelets, cards, and/or vouchers.

● Work directly with the Kitchen Supervisor to coordinate party food needs as well as any food needs of incoming groups/events.

● Supervise birthday parties on days with multiple events. Support Party Captains team by stepping in when needed and ensuring smooth delivery of birthday experience.

● Provide training and guidance to ensure Party Captains are executing flawless events.

● Prepare weekly summary packets of all completed parties and group statements.
