Seeking someone who is a team player with a desire and willingness to learn!
Assist patients and their needs by scheduling in multiple channels such as but not limited to phone, Solution Reach, and email. Also responsible for rescheduling appointments as needed, schedule incoming referrals, aid with mailings, and other projects as call volume permits. Applicant must be able to coordinated work between multiple departments. Use of optimized service procedures to increase customer satisfaction. High school diploma or GED required
