Nazareth Hospital, a member of Trinity Health, Mid-Atlantic, is looking for a Patient Care Manager to join our team!

General Responsibilities:

The Patient Care Manager (PCM) is a Registered Nurse who is responsible and accountable for the coordination of all clinical activities and daily operations on the unit for a 24 hour period. This person works in conjunction with the staff to coordinate the care of all patients on the unit. The PCM coordinates daily allocation of resources and promotes the development of work teams. They work under the guidance of the Assistant Director of Nursing. Master’s degree is required and may be in Nursing, a related health care field or Business Administration. One degree, either Bachelor's or Master's, must be in Nursing. If currently pursuing and making steady progress toward completion of a master’s degree, completion must be within 24 months of hire. Three (3) years in acute clinical nursing preferred.
Previous leadership roles and experiences preferred.
