Join our team as a Patient Coordinator to provide outstanding care to patients at Lone Peak Physical Therapy in our clinic in Billings, Montana.

Patient Coordinators work closely with our clinic therapists and Patient Services team to support our patients and clients throughout their rehab journey and ensure the clinics and records are organized, clean, and are working through efficient processes. Additionally, the Patient Coordinator at our Billings clinic is an integral part of the team focusing on growth and networking for the clinic.

This is a part-time, year-round position, shared between the Mid-Town and West End locations that will be scheduled for 20 hours per week (M & F: 7:00a – 5:00p).

What can you expect to do?

The Patient Coordinator must deal with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload. The ability to maintain patient confidentiality is of upmost importance in this position.

• Answers phones, greets patients, completes patient intake, processes account inquiries/payments.
• Communicates well with team members and helps keep patient expectations realistic
• Establishes, develops, maintains and updates patient files and schedules.
• Manages insurance verification, authorization and prescriptions.
• Maintains payment records.
• Clinical duties to include cleaning and organizing, doing laundry, and ordering supplies for clinic.
• Distributes the satisfactions survey to patients and compiles results.
• Sorts and distributes clinic mail.

To be successful in this position, you must have your high school diploma or equivalency. It is also preferred that you have a minimum of 6 months of administrative or office setting experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
