Come join our sales and marketing team as a Provider Patient Concierge Representative. This full-time career opportunity will have a Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm schedule and will be located in our outpatient imaging center in Santa Monica, CA. This concierge rep will provide concierge level service to referring physician offices and patients, and bridge the gap between referring providers and our facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to offer concierge level service to pre-selected patients (cancer patients, claustrophobic, children, disabled, elderly, nervous, etc.)
• Provide exceptional level of customer service to select physician offices including targeted IPA contracted providers, as well as provider offices interested in receiving additional and high-level customer service/support.
• Assisting with designated direct site scheduling and prior authorizations for advanced imaging studies.
• Provides Special Handling, VIP and support to Medical Groups/IPA providers and their staff with scheduling, stat request, medical records, reports, etc.

Requirements:

We're looking for professional and personable candidates with at least 2 years of experience in training and presenting information to individuals or groups. A high school diploma (college degree preferred), excellent written and verbal communication skills, an outgoing personality, strong organization and time management skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) are also a must!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
