Responsibilities:
- Should be comfortable working with elderly
- Good Communication skills with the ability to be a team player
- Transporting patients and clients in a safe and professional manner
- Assist patients and clients as needed to ensure safe transfer
- Effectively communicate with Charge Nurse regarding scheduled progress and the ablity to receive and perform additional duties/instructions
- Ensure Dialysis recliners are properly disinfected between clients and returned to Dialysis Suite at end of shift
- Stock supplies daily and help with inventory
- Assist with lab labeling
- Work under the direct supervision of the Charge Nurse
- Transport residents/patients to dialysis center and ensure "MOLST " commnication book forms are completed
- Certified GNA If Applicable
- Current CPR
