Growth Opportunity

The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for assisting in payroll processing, ensuring that all employees within an organization are paid accurately and timely. They will need to be aware of any and all relevant business or tax laws and company policies. The main duties will include processing employee payroll, and salaried and hourly wages within a clinical setting. They are also responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of processes and payments. They sometimes serve as a liaison for outside vendors, corresponding with them and responding to their inquiries. They will also assist in preparing annual reporting and daily, weekly, and monthly analyses and reconciliations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist in the preparation and processing of weekly payrolls, specifically commissions and compensation
• Reconcile and validate commissions and compensation before transmission
• Familiarize yourself and keep current with the taxation of salaries, benefits and other factors
• Maintain and document all payroll records
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns
• Assist with the reconciliation of payable reports each month to confirm that all amounts paid were accurate

Educational and Work-Experience Requirements

• UKG: 2 years (Required)
• Payroll: 2 years (Required)
• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
• Experience calculating compensation for both salaried and hourly is a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
