Job Title: Payroll Processing Rep
Pay Rate: $30 to 33.11/Hr
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Irvine, CA (4 days/week work onsite)

Shift timing: 8 AM PST to 5 PM PST, 1st shift

We are looking for an Payroll Processing Rep. This role will help support the payroll department

The main function of a Payroll Processing Rep is to analyze financial information and utilize the ServiceNow ticketing system, answer general questions, understand all facets of payroll processing

• Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Develop, implement, modify, and document record-keeping and accounting systems.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and the use of search functions w/ pivot table
• Enterprise-level payroll processing experience
• High School Diploma required
• Experience processing payroll tickets, ServiceNow preferred
• 0-2 years of financial and/or accounting experience required.
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations related to accounting

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
