North Bay Home Health is a home health agency that services the greater Tampa area. Our facility has been designed to provide continuous care to our clients.

North Bay Home Health is a provider of in-home care services specially designed to ensure the needs of our pediatric patients (ranging from infants to young adults) are a priority. We aid parents/guardians with daily caregiving needs. We focus on ensuring care that mirrors the request set forward by the Pediatrician and the clients’ Primary Care Provider. NBHH offers an array of home-based services that assist individuals with full recover or the ability to manage their condition all in the comfort of their own home.

What You will Do at North Bay Home Health:

• Provide in-home, specialized care to a pediatric patient one on one for a total of 12-hours per day.
• Must follow Physicians orders in evaluating and caring for the patient and advise Physician of any changes in patient's condition or needs:
• Maintain appropriate preventative practices and procedures.
• Prepare clinical and progress notes for individual patients to include physical and mental conditions of clients as well as signs and symptoms indicative of changes of condition.
• Must be dependable and communicate effectively with all members of the interdisciplinary team.

License:

• Current and active FL or Multistate RN license (Required)
• BLS CPR card (Required)

Experience:

• Pediatric experience (Preferred)
• G-tube, Trach and Vent experience (nice to have)
• At least one year home health experience

Schedule:

• Days and Nights part-time
• Days and Nights full-time
• Weekends days or nights
