Magnet-designated hospital system searching for Med/Surg RNs for either day or night 3x12 shifts in a permanent capacity at The Woodlands, Texas location.1+ year experience in an acute care setting
$10k to $15k sign on bonus depending on experience and shift
1. PCU3 & PCU5
Days 3x12 with flexible self scheduling
Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1-4-6
Beds 34 and 36 respectively
Level II Trauma Center with 397 open beds
2. Neuro Med/Surg
Days and Nights Available 3x12 with flexible self scheduling
Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:3
Full Neuroscience Serviceline-Neuro ICU, Neuro IMU, and Neuro Med/Surg
3. Joint Replacement
Days and Nights Available 3x12 with flexible self scheduling
Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:4-6
18 Bed Unit
Nurses here will also train and float to our Surgical Ortho unit as needed
4. Surgical Ortho
Days and Nights Available 3x12 with flexible self scheduling
Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:4-6
36 Bed Unit
Nurses here will also train and float to our Joint Center as needed
5. TIRR Rehab
Day Shift 3x12 with flexible self-scheduling
Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:6
29 Bed Unit
6. Pediatrics
Night Shift Available with flexible self-scheduling
Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:3
6 Bed Unit
Pediatric experience preferred or 3+ years of Med/Surg RN experience
Will be trained to float to NICU if needed
