One of our amazing affiliates, Harmonycrest Personal Care Services, is seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of Full-Time Personal Care Specialist. We are looking to fill the 2nd Shift time slot of 3PM to 11PM during the weekdays including some weekend shifts. Some Part-Time Wake Night 11pm-7am with 2 nights a week available shifts.
Harmonycrest Personal Care Home Services offers services in a well maintained home located in a quiet, country setting in Berks County. Home administration and oversight is provided by a Pennsylvania Licensed Personal Care Home Administrator.

Responsibilities:
- Assistance with adult daily living needs, the provision of nutritious meals, laundry service, and medication administration support.
- Accurate completion of required paperwork to include but not limited to medication logs, daily logs, goal logs, and incident reports.
- Completion of required training hours on an annual basis according to the training year.
- Responsible for the safety and well-being of all the individuals residing in the home.
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 6 or more months experience as a caregiver preferred
- Valid Driver's license issued at least 6 months prior to hire date (preferred)
