The Law Offices of Mark T. Hurt is accepting applications for a motivated and experienced personal injury lawyer, licensed in Virginia and preferably Tennessee, to become part of our rapidly growing law firm in the Southwest Virginia & Northeast Tennessee area.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
At least 3 years of experience practicing law with a plaintiff PI focus,
Job duties will include carrying case load from beginning through settlement or trial. Candidate will undertake discovery, attend depositions, draft motions/appeals with oral arguments, and ultimately try their own cases.

Current Bar Licensure in:
