The salary range referenced above is the base salary depending on experience. In addition to the base salary, the attorney will receive an incentive structure based on performance. The incentive structure is designed to be greater than the base salary once a full caseload is assumed.

To fit with our team requires a desire to help injury victims, a positive mental attitude, hard work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment. Candidate must have good writing, communication, and oral argument skills. Being aggressive and organized is also a must. Responsibilities will include the full range of duties associated with handling and litigating personal injury cases, including, but not limited to, client communication, negotiating settlements, meditations, drafting pleadings, depositions and conducting jury trials.

While experience with injury work is preferred, we are willing to train the right person. Candidate must either be: licensed in Missouri and preferably Illinois, or scheduled to take the Missouri bar this summer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
