You will sell, service and negotiate insurance plans that match the needs of your assigned or prospective customers’ portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service
• Assist customers with policy questions and changes
• Familiarity with all types of insurance plans (Home, Auto, Fire, Life, Property, etc)
• Cross-selling existing customers with other insurance products
• Prepare insurance quotes, follow up and sell insurance policies
• Process payments
• Retention
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively
• Perform office activities as assigned
• Must have 440 License

Requirements

• Must have 440 License
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Incredible attention to detail
• Capability to work quickly and efficiently
• Precise communication skills, even under time constraints
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• A passion to make clients and team members feel important and valued
• Must be a team player
