L.A. Fitness is looking for fun, energetic applicants who have a great attitude, enjoy helping people and want to be part of something bigger than themselves! The position allows you to utilize your fitness knowledge while educating our health club members in reaching their goals. This position is hourly + Commission + Bonus. You will be responsible for:

• Meeting all new members that join our facility
• Calling current members that have joined the gym
• Helping current members inside the gym with on the spot workouts
• Scheduling new and existing members for a 1 hour assesment
• Selling personal training packages

Employees are eligible for promotion within 45-60 days of employment, along with health benefits after 90 days. No previous experience is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
