Job description

We are looking for someone with excellent fundamental grooming skills, you must be able to bathe and groom your own dogs, you must have good scissoring skills, and the ability to do full breed standard trims (Boot Camp cuts).

- 2-3 years of grooming experience in a grooming salon preferred, but not required.
- Good dog handling skills
- Must work well in a fast-paced team environment

Neuman K-9 Academy is a nationally recognized provider of board-and-train boot camps for dogs. We train year-round and are always seeking individuals with a high level of dependability, a strong work ethic, and of course- skills working with and handling dogs.

We have positions ranging from grounds keeping & facility maintenance, group-play attendant, training assistant, client services, marketing, and more. We are constantly looking to add talent to our team, specifically, individuals that are looking for a long-term career.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

-18 years or older

-Legally authorized to work in the United States & Speaks English

-Own a personal vehicle, valid driver's license, valid auto liability insurance

-Dress code requirements: No visible facial piercings, no visible tattoos that cannot be covered, natural hair color and uniform clothing

-Has (or willing to open) a checking account for direct deposit

-Available to work: holidays, weekends & evenings

-Able to stand for duration of shift, comfortably lift 50 lbs

-Must be located within 15 miles of facility location (Hugo, MN) or willing to relocate to within 15 miles of our facility.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
