Shift: 7on/7 off- 915p – 715a Tuesdays PM – Tuesdays AM

RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.
Guaranteed Hours: Client may cancel up to 3 shifts at any time for any assigned Aya Candidate without any penalty or obligation to pay Aya for such cancelled time. On-call hours do not count towards the guaranteed minimum hours.

Pharmacist - Dosing Experience Required: Anticoagulants, Cardiac Dosing, Clinical Dosing, Geriatric Dosing, High Risk Medications, Pharmacokinetic Dosing, Renal Dosing, Therapeutic Med Monitoring, Warfarin Dosing
Pharmacist - Intravenous Experience Required: Antibiotics, IV Piggyback, IV Push medications, Sterile Technique
Pharmacist - Pharmacotherapy management experience required: Cardiovascular, Endocrine, Gastrointestinal, Genitourinary, Hematologic, Immunologic, Infectious diseases, Neurologic, Psychiatric, Pulmonary, Renal
