Join our Hillcrest South team as an Evening Shift Phlebotomy Supervisor.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm

What You’ll Do
The Phlebotomy Supervisor is responsible for the coordination of the inpatient phlebotomy, processing, and clerical staff to ensure work is performed according to established procedures. Responsible for maintaining procedures, scheduling, training, and daily oversight of staff.
Job Duties Include:

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the phlebotomy department.
• Must observe professional ethics in maintaining confidential information regarding personal, financial, medical or employment of patients, families, and employees of Hillcrest Hospital South.
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining policies and procedures that guide and support patient safety and quality laboratory services.

What You’ll Bring

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent. CPR preferred.

• Five (5) years of recent phlebotomy experience in a hospital or medically related environment preferred
