First Steps Pediatric Therapy Specialists is looking for Physical Therapists to join our team in the following Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex areas:

• Supervisor for Tarrant County
• Arlington/Grand Prairie
• Carrollton/Farmer's Branch

Your Role:

• Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
• Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals
• Provide home program activities for patient and caregivers
• Schedule visits to meet plans of care
• Comply with agency timelines for successful completion of all paperwork
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants as needed

COMPENSATION RATE: visit rate dependent upon experience

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist/Physical Therapist Asst. Texas License
• Current CPR certification
• Personal Texas auto liability insurance
• A passion to treat and care for our pediatric population!

Pay: $84,986.00 - $90,452.00 per year
