Physical Therapist - Full Time roles receive $12,500 Sign-on Bonus, Per diem roles sign-on bonus not applicable.

Orlin & Cohen, one of the largest providers of musculoskeletal care in the region is seeking a Physical Therapist to work in a multidisciplinary outpatient facility that promotes collaboration, clinical excellence and an outstanding patient/customer experience.

In this setting you will work closely with team members and physicians to treat and manage a wide variety conditions including but not limited to: sports injuries, joint replacements, fracture care and spine disorders.

• 2+ years of experience in the outpatient orthopedic setting preferred but not required
• Experience and proficiency in using an electronic medical record (EMR)

Responsibilities Include:

• Administration of direct patient care.
• Designs and implements personalized and evidence-based intervention programs to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Submits required documentation in accordance with the policies and procedures of the department.
• Participates in quality improvement chart reviews and activities.
• Performs related duties, as required.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy, required. Master’s/Doctorate Degree, preferred.
• Must be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in New York State. Or must have a valid permit and become licensed and registered within one (1) year of employment

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
