This position offers flexible hours and a stable caseload. We are currently hiring for Kalamazoo/Battle Creek and the surrounding areas. *

We are looking for someone who can help improve the well being of our patients and their families and has the heart and skills to work with home bound patients.

The person we are looking for enjoys appreciation for their hard work, makes a difference providing quality care and wants to be part of a work family not just another employee.

Qualifications:

· Ability to perform therapy evaluations, routine visits, and OASIS documentation

· Work with other disciplines to give the best care needed for each patient.

· Help decrease the need for re-hospitalization by being actively involved in the patient's plan of care to assess any changes that may be needed.

· When appropriate teach and counsel family members about care and processes for disease/injuries

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Valid Michigan license to practice physical therapy
• Bachelors degree or greater in physical therapy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
