Job Description

The candidate must demonstrate proficiency, organization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. They must be able to work both independently and with a team. Trimmers primary responsibilities are the quality of the product and efficiency of production. Trimmers must be able to take exact direction and show the ability to create a consistent product as demonstrated, as well as adjust procedures, practices, and technique as needed.

Experience/Education

Experience in the medical cannabis industry is highly desirable, but not required. Trimmers must be a minimum of 21 years of age and be able to pass a criminal background check. Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.

DETAILS

Responsible for maintaining a top quality product.

Efficiently manicure and grade dried cannabis buds.

Eye for quality control.

Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the workstation while performing duties.

May be assigned other job duties as necessary.

Operate with integrity and honesty.

Communicate known issues to the management team to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the company.

Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of all staging areas.

REQUIRED SKILLS

High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).

Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity.

At least 21 years of age.

Demonstrated passion for serving the medical cannabis community.

Ability to work within a team and without.

Must be able to pass a background check.

Must not have been convicted of any felony offense.

Experience in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Organization and planning skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships.

Notices:

You will be working in an area where the temperature is 65-67 F and humidity 50-55%.

You will be required to sit for long periods of time.

Job Type: Full-time
