Job description

Job:

- Develop and maintain a portfolio of commercial real estate loans

- Maintaining relationships with commercial portfolios making sure they are informed of client issues, request and opportunities for growth.

- Offer sales support, product Knowledge and perform product presentations.

- Cross sell between banking products and real estate loans

- Document all communication with borrower and maintain all correspondence in the Bank’s credit file

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree (degree in finance or other related subjects preferred).

- 10 years of commerical real estate experience

- Knowledge in banking, financial services (Audit, Data management)

- Strong understanding on commerical real estate credit, home lending

- Able to work onsite in San Fran area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
