COMPASS Academy is a new public charter school located off Lyndale Avenue in Bloomington. This is the second campus within district 4240 in addition to New Century School, located in St. Paul. COMPASS Academy hires high quality staff that are well trained and prepared to teach in a high standard educational environment. We have rigorous curriculum and programming that is data driven.

We are now accepting applications for the following positions in the 2023-2024 academic year:

- Pre-K Teacher (Full Time)

Start Date: August 2023

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minnesota teaching license
• Classroom experience is preferred
• STEM experience is preferred

About the School:

COMPASS Academy provides an innovative educational program that is designed to enhance the learning experiences of students in grades PK-5.

Our program focuses on the integration of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics principles into everyday learning activities. Through engaging and interactive lessons, students are encouraged to explore the world around them, ask questions, and find solutions to real-world problems.

Our program also promotes hands-on learning experiences that allow students to apply what they have learned in a practical way.
