RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Pre-Weigh Operator must be able to prepare, and pre-weigh ingredients based on production schedule.

· Must be able to perform scales weight verification daily to ensure working properly.

· Must be able to load and unloads materials onto or from pallets by hand and/or forklift.

· Must take care of proper labeling of all weighed materials/pallets, and partial containers returned to stock locations.

· Must be able to complete all the required documents.

· Must report any material shortages to Planner, and/or Production Manager.

· Must be able to work in metrics (grams, kilograms) and able to convert weight measurements between lbs and kilograms.

· Must perform sanitation, general housekeeping duties as assigned.

· Other task as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High School Diploma or GED.

· 1+ years of experience as Pre-Weigh operator in manufacturing environment.

· Must be forklift/ electric pallet walkie Certified.

· Must be able to able to lift, pull, push up to 100 lbs

· Must be comfortable doing overtime.
