- Performing machine adjustments and minor servicing needed to maintain part quality and production targets
- Learning of new skills and equipment to keep processes up to date and efficient
- Cross training to gain skills in other departments, as well as training others
- Recording and submitting production quality data
- Promoting a safe environment by following safety procedures
- Making your voice heard through continuous improvement opportunities and suggestions
Physical and Environmental Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds (lift assist tools to help)
- Normal factory environment with exposure to dust, noise, and temperature variations
