Kam-Way Transportation is a local family owned and operated supply chain logistics company. We are seeking a full-time Transportation Pricing Manager to join our team. This position is located at our corporate headquarters in beautiful Blaine, WA. This is NOT a remote position.

What your day looks like:
- Responsible for pricing all incoming and renewal of bids.
- Perform pricing functions including lane cost analysis using both internal and external tools.
- Review market trends to assist with lane margin strategies and prepare final pricing proposals to key executives.
- Works collaboratively with sales and operations teams to meet bid deadlines.
- Report pricing on an ongoing basis and recommend changes to executive leadership as applicable.
- Perform financial analysis for specific customer opportunities that fall outside of pricing policy.
- Provide leadership coaching, and performance management to direct reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
More about you:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Data Analysis or closely related field.
- 5-8 years preferred Transportation experience.
- 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience.
