Product Development Manager:

Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for project management on behalf of Product Development Department. Projects span the full range of development activities, from ideation to market rollout of new categories and/or existing line extensions.
- Works closely and collaboratively with Tronex Business Development, Global Supply Chain, and factory supplier partners to establish mutual timelines, define deliverables, and ensure timely completion.
- Owns project progression and continuous communication to ensure alignment internally, with regular updates to key stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams in support of project goals.
- Maintains active project tracking with clear visibility into statuses.
- Conducts market research and/or product analyses, as needed.
- Possess strong product knowledge to be a resource to Business Development, Marketing, and other internal departments.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in product development and project management, with global manufacturing and supply chain operation experience a plus.
- Agility and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with high self-initiative, managing multiple projects and short deadlines with flexibility to changing direction.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including market and trend research and analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, notably Excel and Power Point.
