Position Summary: Overseas Adventure Travel is seeking a qualified and dedicated Product Marketing Manager to help drive the creative vision though various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, multitasker, with strong communication and teamwork skills, who thrives in a fast-paced and creative environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Join a talented Marketing team to drive Brand goals through positioning of the Brand/Product on the web, email, and print promotions.
• Become an expert on Overseas Adventure Travel itineraries, included features, and brand value propositions.
• Conduct competitive research to identify competitors, and determine customer’s needs, wants, habits, interests, and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns
• Responsible for product accuracy throughout all marketing channels
• Work collaboratively with Brand Manager, Account Management, Copy, Photo/Design, Email/Web departments to deliver a cohesive OAT message in all marketing and informational materials.

Job Requirements:

• Willing and able to working from the office. This is an in-office position and you will be required to work from the office 5 days a week during onboarding and then there is the possibility to work remote up to 2 days a week. ***
• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Marketing or equivalent, 2-5 years web/direct mail experience
• Proven abilities to meet deadlines, handle multiple jobs simultaneously, and re-prioritize at a moment’s notice
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven leadership skills, the ability to resolve issues independently and lead a team
• Passion for travel and knowledge of faraway cultures; learned armchair travelers okay
