Job description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to join our team. The Scrum Master / Project Manager will be responsible for managing the Agile project management process, using tools like Kanban and Jira, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, Agile methodologies, and managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk and issue logs
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure project goals are met
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management or Scrum Master role
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools, such as Kanban and Jira
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience managing Data Science projects is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skill
• Ability to support core hours from 7 to 5 Central Time.
