Position Duties:

• Manage the product backlog for more than one product and prioritize them based on changing requirements
• Oversee all stages of product(s) creations including design and development
• Develop user stories and ensure they are ready for development teams to start work
• Define and conduct user acceptance
• Monitor, evaluate product progress at each stage of the process
• Liaise with the product team and end-user to deliver updates
• Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints
• Partner closely with the development team to answer questions surrounding the customers’ needs and customer feedback of how the team is implementing a product feature
• Translate customer language into technical details
• Work closely with engineering and quality assurance to ensure the right customer problem is solved
• Contribute to define a differentiation strategy to more than one product
• Track progress towards the release of a product
• Act as continuous support and optimization through the life of the product
• Contribute to the maturity, performance, and growth of the Agile methodology and best practices
• Analyze, review data to understand outcomes and assist with decision making

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required
• Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner, preferable between 3-5 year’s experience
• Experience working in an Agile environment required
• Strong communication, collaboration skills
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and find creative solutions
• Independently carry out tasks daily
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Analytical mind set and ability to break down data
