The Opportunity
We're looking for a Production Artist with the desire to learn and grow in a creative and collaborative team environment. You can design and produce print and digital creative materials for SNHU's internal creative group. The production designer will collaborate with other creatives to build brand materials across multiple channels.
You'll work with design templates and produce helpful, engaging, and valuable content that helps our prospective students. You'll work collaboratively to deploy full-funnel content marketing pieces that answer questions at every stage of the consumer journey.
Responsibilities:
  • Support creative concepts throughout the production process
  • Improve the quality of department deliverables
  • Maintain responsibility for projects from creative hand-off through final delivery
  • Create error-free and properly constructed design files
  • Follow print/web quality standards and approval procedures
  • Support back-up procedures to ensure archiving of digital assets
  • Deliver final artwork to partners and suppliers
  • Participate in creative and production meetings
  • Supporting ongoing image needs through our DAM tool: identifying important selects; tagging; partner with our on-staff photographer
  • Using our digital asset management tool for partners and affiliates for editable marketing materials; file uploads; edit documents; verify proofs
Qualifications:
  • HSD/GED required and 3+ years of experience working as a production artist in a similar role (industry experience)
  • Experience meeting high levels of quality standards while managing multiple deadlines with quick turn deliverables
  • An online portfolio that expresses experience with great design and shows the stylistic range, quality, and usability
  • Knowledge of digital asset development and printed marketing materials, including print ads, sales and event materials
  • ADA/Compliance: accessible PDFs; run accessibility checks; work with Adobe Suite
