Family owned and operated (in business 50 years!), Hellas is a local favorite and must go to for tourists! We are located right off the beautiful Sponge Docks. We are wanting to add someone to our amazing Wholesale Bakery Team!
Previous experience in a production environment and / or Food industry is preferred. Willing to train the right candidates!
We are looking for people for our Sanitation department
Full time (day shift) openings are immediately available. (must be over 18)

Summary: Food Assemblers work as a team to assemble bakery items.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
- Follow recipe / instructions to ensure products are assembled correctly
- work on an assembly line
- Correctly pack product for shipments/delivery
- Checking products on the production line for quality
- Reporting machine faults
- Assist in ensuring product quality
- Ensure quantity is correct
- Assure product is aesthetically correct
- Keep area clean and organized
- Assist in other areas as needed
