Job description

Provide clerical/administrative support to the production control department. Generate, edit and file work orders/purchase orders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create, review, release, and close production work orders made from raw material and or finished stock in the ERP system. Update due dates and file as needed.
• Enter various data and generate/analyze various reports as needed by production control.
• Administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
• Run/review various reports; data entry; and other projects as assigned for production control and potentially other departments (purchasing, engineering, and maintenance.

REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:

• Manufacturing/Supply Chain Experience
• Positive, professional, and energetic attitude.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent reading and comprehension skills
• Reliable, organized and focused.
• Able to multitask
• Team player that can collaborate with various departments.
• A high degree of proficiency in ERP systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Proficiency at typing.
