Midwest Research Swine, an American Foods Group, LLC company is looking for a Production Operator/Production Worker at our Glencoe, MN location. On the job training, growth and advancement opportunities make this the best company you’ll work for!

Responsibilities:

• Properly use of hooks, knives, saws, and other equipment to perform specialized tasks, including but not limited to: the removal of bones, trimming, skinning, separating and sorting standard/premium cuts of meat to specifications in preparation for further processing or packaging. On the job training is provided

• Perform physical tasks which require upper body strength and constant repetitive movements
• Perform a variety of specialized tasks in altering environments

• Adhere to all safety, processes and procedures to ensure safety for our employees, customers and visitors. Use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) in all areas of the facility

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing experience in a USDA inspected beef, pork, or poultry facility preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Ability to work extended scheduled hours Monday through Friday with occasional overtime
• Remain compliant with all food safety policies and regulations
