About the Job

Come join our team as Production Operator! As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to learn and run different production workflows. You will prioritize, build, and ship orders to customers, and be an expert in the operation of all production equipment and training other colleagues. Responsibilities

Operate a variety of machines, some of which require minimal oversight, to build products that will be shipped to our customers.
Perform quality control testing on incoming equipment and materials by running machines and utilizing data to identify materials that meet quality standards.
Manage operating data systems and material testing databases to qualify and produce products to be shipped to customers.
Communicate and collaborate with adjacent departments like Technical Maintenance, Engineering, IT, Calibration Lab, and Customer Service to resolve problems that evolve within production line.
Prepare merchandise for shipment through tracking records and files of transactions, verifying accuracy of shipments against bills of lading, invoices, and other records.

Requirements

2+ years of experience independently owning a production workflow in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to work 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with overtime when demand requires.

Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Professional verbal and written communication skills.
