We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. The role requires an individual with a strong background in electronics manufacturing and production supervision, who is able to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production process, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet demand
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements
- Ensure that all production targets are met and quality standards are maintained
- Manage production staff, providing guidance and support as required
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to
- Maintain accurate production records and report on performance to senior management
- Work closely with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to ensure that production runs smoothly
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in electronics manufacturing and production supervision
- A strong understanding of production processes and the ability to identify areas for improvement
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and support staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with other departments
- A good understanding of health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance
- The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A degree in engineering or a related field would be an advantage, but is not essential
