Johnson Electric is excited to announce that we are now recruiting for several PC assembly technician positions in our Springfield, TN facility. Our PC assembly technicians are responsible for safely assembling Cooling Fan Modules or Motors to customer requirements for quality, cost and time. All products will be assembled per procedures, while following proper 6S and employee conduct standards.

Your responsibilities will be to:

• Produce quality product per standard work and process procedures.
• Follow and promote good 6S and safety practices, daily.
• Meet production goals with consistency and complete all necessary production paperwork.
• Flexible, able to learn and perform different jobs as necessary.
• Participate in the continuous improvement activities of the company through PEP, Kaizens, etc.
• Promote teamwork within the department by helping others and having a positive attitude.
• Communicate production and quality problems immediately to properly support personnel.

Our requirements:

• Assembly experience, preferably with plastic components.
• Fan balancing experience a plus.
• Required to wear special PPE such as gloves, safety glasses and others as required.
• Assembly line workers work at least 40 hours a week, and during peak production times overtime is required.
• Physically fit to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time. Able to consistently lift up to 35 lbs.
• High School Diploma, or GED

Would be advantageous:

• At least six months experience in manufacturing environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24,915.49 - $70,533.35 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Springfield, TN 37172: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
