The Senior Professional Recruiter for Talent Acquisition is responsible for recruiting and selecting top talent for the Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando. In addition, this position will be responsible for building a pipeline of talent with New Markets, including but not limited to expansion of our existing College Program, International Program and apprenticeship programs.
- The Sr. Professional Recruiter will partner with the area leaders and executives to analyze their staffing needs and assist in the implementation of the TA strategy.
- Builds a network of qualified candidates through diversity efforts, social media and networking for current and future opportunities.
- Responsible for the recruitment of all salaried positions from Asst. Manager to Executive level for the Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando.
- Responsible for the recruitment of all HR positions for the Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando.
- Manage relationships with third party partners such as executive search firms, sourcing agencies, employee screening companies, and any additional third parties that may be needed to build our Talent Pipeline
- Assists with staffing plans and due diligence activities related to property openings.
- Coordinates the Loew's Campus leaders to attend Career Events that are scheduled by the schools and plan events and visits as needed to continue our recruitment efforts. This position requires traveling to top Hospitality schools around the United States to build a pipeline for our continued growth.
- Manages the recruiting, selection and placement activities for the Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando to identify and employ candidates for structured staffing programs such as College Internships, International Programs and the development of new programs.
- Responsible for the development of the Talent Acquisition team's skills.
- Responsible for the achievement of the Talent Acquisition metrics for self and the team.
- Responsible for the conformance of all Loews Hotels standards and legal compliance for self and staff.
- Required attendance for mandatory training and meetings.
- Ability to perform physical requirement as noted below.
