• Hours: 15-20 hours/week, M-F

What you'll do:

• Review applications for Teach Abroad programs
• Respond to inquiries about our programs by phone and email
• Outreach to applicants to resolve missing application pieces
• Reminder phone calls, texts, and emails to keep participants on track

with tasks and deadlines

• Other secondary tasks and projects as needed.

What you'll bring:

• Independent worker
• Customer-service oriented
• Excellent phone and email communication (professional, efficient, and enthusiastic)
• Experience studying/living/teaching abroad preferred
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
