Job Summary:

This position will identify logistics requirements and associated product support for the Program Manager Aviation Mission Systems and Architecture (PM AMSA) and effectively design, develop, acquire, and apply the 12 Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements to ensure PM AMSA mission success.

Education and Experience:

A minimum of BA/BS

Must have at least 15 years of experience in logistics acquisition, operation and/or sustainment

Experience managing an effective team providing logistics support capability, solve complex life-cycle logistics problems, and customer interface

PEO Aviation Program Management experience a plus, DAWIA and/or PMP certification a plus, PM AMSA experience is desired.

Requirements:

Applicant must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Valid state driver’s license.

Travel:

CONUS and OCONUS travel is required.

Applicant must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. passport.

Essential Duties:

Demonstrated competence in program management and technical competence in discipline
field(s) and knowledge of industry policies and practices.

Manage cost, schedule, and performance.

Customer interface.

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:

Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Department of Defense (DoD)
regulations, requirements, policies and procedures, cost and schedule estimating, systems
disciplines, engineering specifications and commercial practices relating to weapon
systems procurement and production.
Knowledgeable of overall organization, direction, and requirements of the contract efforts.

Ability to use applicable methods and tools to effectively mitigate risks, including planning for risk, assessing risk areas, and developing risk management options.

Pay: $39,732.63 - $129,363.60 per year
