We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our team. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple manufacturing projects from conception to completion while establishing and maintain effective communication with clients. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning to delivery, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide regular updates on project progress, and address any concerns or issues that arise.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring that all teams are working towards common goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and manufacturing personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure that all projects align with company strategy and goals.
- Develop and deliver project proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and scope of work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing project management, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong client engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience with process engineering, including process mapping, optimization, and improvement.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in quoting and budget management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address issues in a timely manner.
- Experience with project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet, is preferred.
