Title: Program Manager
Reports To: Director, Digital PMO and Delivery
Location: Hoboken, NJ
Position Overview:
The Program Manager will be part of the Digital PMO & Delivery team and will be responsible for planning and execution of multiple strategic projects. The Program Manager is a leader, coordinator and facilitator, capable of leading projects, providing project management direction, managing multiple teams, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and helping to drive the overall strategy for the team.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive the delivery of multiple cross-team, cross-functional projects from planning to execution
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Finance, Backend systems and 3rd party vendors in Agile environment to develop program plans, timelines and milestones
- Lead meetings with senior leaders, create executive presentation on program status
- Facilitate cross-team dependencies, identify and resolve issues and conflicts within and between various project teams
- Support budget and resource forecasting, optimize resource allocations between multiple workstreams
- Communicate and manage project expectations to digital technology partners, business team members and other cross-functional stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Ensure project outputs and execution are consistently high-quality, on time and within budget to all business objectives
- Manage risks and gaps to project plans, driving on-time resolution and alignment across teams
- Understand business requirements as well as system architecture/technology landscape and drive discussions with business/technology teams to achieve optimal project outcomes
- Cultivate an atmosphere of professional enrichment and advancement, including training in the best strategies to balance the elements of time, cost, quality, scope, risk and resources
- Keep abreast of the latest tools and techniques in the fields of program and project management and, in turn, develop/evolve best practices as appropriate
- Develop and maintain expertise with appropriate program and project management tools (i.e., Visio, Jira, Confluence, SmartSheet, etc.) as well as proficiency with the available data repositories and reporting tools to access information on historical and active projects
- Maintain standardized guidelines and templates to ensure robust project plans
- Manage escalations appropriately and efficiently
- Manage third-party and agency partner workload and expectations around on-time execution and deliverables
- Assist with setting direction and strategy of PMO
- Maintain robust documentation of projects and best in class project management practices
- Ensure positive working relationships with team members, sponsors, stakeholders and peers
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; MS or MBA is preferred
- Consumer products industry experience preferred
- 5+ years working experience in project management, deep knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, Scrum)
- 2+ years of experience working in Agile environment, experience working in Scaled Agile Environment preferred
- eCommerce experience preferred
- Agile Certifications (CSM, CSP, SAFe) preferred
- Strong focus and proven ability to facilitate relations between business groups and technology departments
- Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft, Smartsheet, Visio, Jira, Confluence
- Highly effective influencing skills (leads by example, clearly articulates business cases and interpretation of cause-effect impact)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills are required
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization across a broad spectrum of disciplines
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical aptitude
- Self-starter with a vision for change/constant improvement
