What you will be doing:
  • Coordinate product strategy across team and stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain contact with internal peers, external partners and leadership on product status and roadmap
  • Enforce product team processes for managing work and contribute enhancements to this process
  • Oversight of iterative delivery ceremonies for the product
  • Lead product team meetings
  • Monitor product features on program level & team level Kanban board(s)
  • Escalation of issues & opportunities
  • Oversight of resource capacity for product team
  • Accurately managed budget and estimates
What we need from you:
  • 3+ years of professional development experience
  • An initial understanding of the theory and methodologies implemented in the commercial and open-source tools used to rapidly deliver software solutions
  • Effective time/task management skills
  • Intellectual capacity and ability to gather, sort and analyze data and then develop logical conclusions
  • Capable of conveying ideas clearly/concisely while being sensitive to the needs of the audience
What we also value (preferred):
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or management
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies, SCRUM, Kanban, Test Driven Development, Continual Improvement
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project
