What you will be doing:
- Coordinate product strategy across team and stakeholders
- Establish and maintain contact with internal peers, external partners and leadership on product status and roadmap
- Enforce product team processes for managing work and contribute enhancements to this process
- Oversight of iterative delivery ceremonies for the product
- Lead product team meetings
- Monitor product features on program level & team level Kanban board(s)
- Escalation of issues & opportunities
- Oversight of resource capacity for product team
- Accurately managed budget and estimates
- 3+ years of professional development experience
- An initial understanding of the theory and methodologies implemented in the commercial and open-source tools used to rapidly deliver software solutions
- Effective time/task management skills
- Intellectual capacity and ability to gather, sort and analyze data and then develop logical conclusions
- Capable of conveying ideas clearly/concisely while being sensitive to the needs of the audience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or management
- Experience with Agile Methodologies, SCRUM, Kanban, Test Driven Development, Continual Improvement
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project
