As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

As a Program Manager, you will oversee deployment programs while working with partner groups to create and achieve business goals. You will organize the overall team, establish clear roles/responsibilities, perform global management of capacity deliverables, and manage the plan of records and schedules across the global network delivery organization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project priorities are aligned, resources are secured, and logistics are correct with material storage and delivery.
  
• Lead corrective actions and make recommendations to the business to prevent known issues from recurring and constraining capacity.
  
• Manage capacity deliverables, and plan records and schedules. Understand partner team dependencies, constraints, designs, and forecasting mechanisms that impact the business, and collaborate on process improvements.
• Create, implement, and lead the escalation process while documenting patterns, spikes, lessons learned, improve deployment times. Provide health reports highlighting wins, risks, and upcoming demands.
• Understand the plan of record and ensure dependent projects are dismissed in time to support the schedule of downstream dependencies.
