POSITION SUMMARY:
The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is the regional planning and intergovernmental coordination agency that focuses on issues critical to the region’s success, including growth and development, transportation, water resources, services for older adults, and workforce solutions. The Atlanta Regional Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Program is managed by ARC’s Mobility Services Department, which delivers Georgia Commute Options (GCO)* to the 20-county region.
The Program/Project Analyst will be responsible for the successful management of the GCO incentive program portfolio. Daily responsibilities will include coordination and delivery of the incentive program, which includes Guaranteed Ride Home (GRH), Gimme 5, 40-60 program, $25 prizes, vanpool referral/replacement, as well as the virtual incentives program. Daily duties will consist of managing contract related sub-contractors and various vendors. This role will work with ARC staff, regional transit operators, vendors, and various other partner organizations.
The role will also ensure that the incentives program aligns and integrates with the ride-matching platform. The Program/Project Analyst will work closely with the TDM technology team to explore and implement incentives in the ride-matching platform (www.mygacommuteoptions.com ). This role may also be asked to assist with other duties in the Mobility Services Department as needed.
- GCO is a program aimed at helping the region’s employers, property managers, and community organizations develop commute options programs that enable and encourage use of non-SOV travel modes, as well as incentivizing behavior change in the region’s commuters to carpool, vanpool, transit, bike, walk, and/or telework. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish program outcomes in coordination with supervisor and colleagues;
- Create and manage dashboards to track and monitor incentives program portfolio against participation goals;
- Manage and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors;
- Create presentations, dashboards and reports to inform the strategies of the Mobility Services Department;
- Compile, organize and track data and information; review and verify data for accuracy and completion; prepare and distribute standard reports, notices, requests, documents and/or correspondence; monitor completion, authorization and timely return of applicable documents and forms;
- Identify opportunities to increase levels of participation through process improvements, create program summaries, and make recommendations for future enhancements;
- Perform other duties as assigned to support Agency goals and objectives.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES:
- Knowledge of public sector program delivery;
- Familiarity with rewards and/or loyalty programs;
- Excellent communication skills to support both internal and external customers;
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively with a team;
- Ability to proactively plan, prioritize, and organize work to ensure results are achieved;
- Ability to plan and pace work to meet critical deadlines;
- Possess strong organization skills and dynamic social skills with close attention to detail;
- Strong and effective oral and written communication skills;
- Self-starter, enthusiastic, with excellent interpersonal skills;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration, human services or directly related field
- One year of related experience which may include internship experience
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation.

Previous Transportation Demand Management or related experience
