POSITION TITLE: PROGRAM SUPPORT/DATA SPECIALIST
General Nature of Work
Assist the Program Coordinator with organizing, managing, and planning the daily activities and outreach projects for the organization's Vaccine Equity and Access Program, development, and product implementation efforts. Working on the COVID VOICE PROJECT aims to address health disparities and advance health equity in communities of color. Following the CDC strategic framework to strengthen vaccine confidence and prevent an outbreak of Vaccine-Preventable Diseases in the United States. Exercising excellent customer service in meeting and greeting customers and other logistical support.
Position Description
- Assist in the implementation of daily clerical and supportive services, such as answering office phones, managing office calendars, referral of services, as required.
- Setting up outreach appointments for the team.
- Assist and provide support for all events at different locations.
- Responsible for files and accountability.
- Responsible for maintaining inventory of office supplies.
- Responsible for ordering office and training supplies.
- Assist in the preparation of administrative tasks.
- Responsible for maintaining the database of customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Exercising excellent customer service in meeting and greeting customers in the office or on the phone.
- Comply with the agency reporting requirement, policies, and procedures
- Responsible for intake and supportive services for the COVID Voice Project and perform other duties as required to achieve program outcomes.
- Responsible for intake and supportive services for the Duke Energy WAP Program and other SCACAP programs
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of a nonprofit, community-based organization mission, goals, and objectives
Knowledge of organization structure, and protocols applicable to government and social service field
Ability to interpret and apply rules and regulations and manage work effectively
Ability to communicate effectively with the public and grass-roots organizations
Must be computer literate
Ability to make oral presentations, maintain database, and prepares written reports
Minimum Requirement
High School with experience working in Health and Administration or Related field adequate years of relevant experience.'
